Generic SFP-25G-BR40U-2731-I Compatible Industrial 25Gbps BIDI SFP28 25GBASE-BR40 TX1270nm/RX1310nm 40km SMF Simplex LC DDM/DOM Optical Transceiver Module Dawnray’s SFP-25G-BR40U-2731-I optical transceiver is an industrial single fiber bidirection 25Gbps Small Form-factor Pluggable SFP28 BIDI module for use in 25GBASE Ethernet network. SFP28 BR40U-2731 provides 25.78Gb/s throughput up to 40km over single-mode fiber (SMF) with host FEC using 1270nm in transmitter side and 1310nm in receiver side. This transceiver is fully compliant with SFP28 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3 25GBASE-BR40 and 25GAUI standard. Its electrical interface is MSA compliant 20-pin edge type connector and the optical interface is Simplex LC connector. The full-duplex SFP28 transceiver features highly reliable EML transmitter and APD photo detector to offer high performance interconnection at 25.78125Gbps data rate. Industrial modules extend the operating temperature range. Built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring/Digital Optical Monitoring (DDM/DOM) support is present for real-time performance monitoring via 2-wire (TWI/I2C) interface. Our modules are factory pre-programmed for compatibility, perform alternatively to generic/MSA transceivers.
