Generic SFP-OC3-IR2 Compatible 155Mbps SFP OC-3 IR-2 1550nm 40km SMF Duplex LC DDM/DOM Optical Transceiver Module Dawnray’s SFP-OC3-IR2 optical transceiver is a dual fiber 155Mbps Small Form-factor Pluggable SFP module for use in OC3/STM-1 SONET/SDH network. SFP OC3-IR2 provides 155.52Mb/s throughput up to 40km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using 1550nm wavelength. This transceiver is fully compliant with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), SONET OC-3 IR-2 and SERDES standard. Its electrical interface is MSA compliant 20-pin edge type connector and the optical interface is Duplex LC connector. The full-duplex SFP transceiver features highly reliable FP transmitter and PIN photo detector to offer high performance interconnection at 155.52Mbps data rate. Built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring/Digital Optical Monitoring (DDM/DOM) support is present for real-time performance monitoring via 2-wire (TWI/I2C) interface. Our modules are factory pre-programmed for compatibility, perform alternatively to generic/MSA transceivers.
